How to Use – Step-by-Step Guide
1. Open the calculator
See the Wagering Requirements Calculator at the bottom of this page. You’ll see inputs for bonus, deposit, multiplier, where the multiplier applies, optional stake size, and amount already wagered.
2. Enter the Bonus amount
Type the bonus value you received (in GBP).
Example: 20.00 for a £20 bonus.
3. (Optional) Enter the Deposit amount
If the bonus required a deposit and the terms sometimes include the deposit in the wagering calculation, enter the deposit here. If there was no deposit, leave blank or enter 0.00.
4. Choose the Wagering multiplier
Select how many times the base amount must be wagered (e.g., 20×, 30×). This is the playthrough requirement shown in the bonus T&Cs.
5. Select Apply multiplier to
Pick whether the multiplier applies to:
- Bonus only (common), or
- Bonus + deposit (only if the terms explicitly say the deposit is included).
6. (Optional) Enter your Typical stake / bet size
If you want an estimate of how many bets remain, enter the average bet you place (e.g. 1.00 for £1 bets). Leave blank if you don’t want this estimate.
7. (Optional) Enter Amount already wagered
If you’ve already played some of the required amount, enter that figure so the calculator can show the remaining wagering.
8. Press Calculate
Click Calculate to see:
- Total wagering requirement (base × multiplier),
- Base amount used,
- Remaining amount to wager after any cleared wagering, and
- Estimated number of bets remaining at your stake size (if provided).
9. Read the results and act accordingly
- The Total shows how much you must wager overall.
- Remaining tells you how much more you need to bet before the bonus clears.
- Use the estimated bets to plan session length and bankroll.
10. Reset or recalculate for different scenarios
Click Reset to clear inputs, or change values (e.g., different stake sizes or multiplier) and press Calculate again.
Quick examples
- Example A: £20 bonus, 20× on bonus only → base = £20 → total = £400.
- Example B: £20 bonus + £10 deposit, 30× on bonus+deposit → base = £30 → total = £900.
- If you’ve already wagered £100 of a £400 requirement, remaining = £300.
Tips & common pitfalls
- Read the T&Cs: Only choose Bonus + deposit if the T&Cs clearly include the deposit in the wagering requirement.
- Be conservative with stake size: Large single bets may breach bonus rules; check max bet limits.
- Use the “amount already wagered” so you don’t overestimate what remains.
- This tool estimates wagering amounts — it does not change operator records or clear bonuses. Always verify with the casino if unsure
