How to Report an Offer Error

Spotted something wrong with a bonus, an offer or a bookmaker listing on the site? Use the form below to report an offer error and our team will check it as soon as possible.

We work hard to keep every offer accurate, but bookmakers and casinos change their terms often, sometimes without much notice. If you’ve found an offer that’s expired, mispriced, or missing a key detail, reporting it helps us keep the site reliable for everyone.

What to Include When You Report an Offer Error

It helps if you can tell us which offer is affected and what looks wrong, for example a wagering requirement, a deposit amount, or an expiry date. A link to the offer’s page is useful too. This lets us check and fix it quickly, without going back and forth over email.

You can also use this form for anything else that doesn’t look right, such as a broken link or outdated information in our resources section. We review every report we receive and update the site accordingly.

We aim to review most reports within a couple of working days. Small fixes, like an updated expiry date, are usually quick to make. Larger changes, such as a bookmaker removing an offer entirely, can take a little longer to reflect across the site.
